How long to personalise my order?
All personalisation is done by-hand in our London Studio.
We can complete & dispatch your order within 3 working days.
Times may vary during busy periods, such as Christmas.
Can I add a gift note?
We love adding a personal touch to parcels, such as message.
Our gift notes are printed & included inside the parcel.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
All our orders are lovingly wrapped in our stylish, eco-friendly packaging.
Do you include a receipt?
No. Our parcels arrive on your doorstep ready to be opened & enjoyed! You will receive an order confirmation via email.
Can I change my delivery address once my order has been placed?
Yes. However, time is of the essence! Please let us know ASAP.
We aim to post your parcel quickly, once your items have been dispatched we cannot offer any changes or refunds.
Can I make changes, cancel or return my order?
No. All our items are lovingly made-to-order & unique to you.
Therefore, we cannot offer any cancellations, amendments or refunds.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, at the moment we don't offer international shipping.
